At KSPT, I believe in the power of personalised training to transform lives. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall health, I am available to guide and motivate you every step of the way.

Getting started

The purpose of the initial consultation is to gather as much information as I possibly can. This enables me to fully understand your current starting point, the goals you want to achieve and the ways in which we can make adjustments to your lifestyle to achieve these goals. 

The consultation will include the following:

-A detailed review of your exercise and injury history

-Setting short, medium and long term goals

-A comprehensive body analysis which will establish your current statistics such as weight, body fat %, muscle mass and BMR.

-Plan and book in your first Personal Training sessions at the studio.

Our approach combines cutting-edge fitness techniques with a supportive, motivational environment to help you achieve sustainable results.
